Office politics. The Paling-teruk-one. Even societies and clubs have office politics.
Whoever who feels like going to the top, can actually kick the rest down, stick to the person who brings the most benefit, and yes, the position is always ready for you there.
And the most surprising thing, is those people who kiss ass, they often turn behind these people's backs and talk behind them.
